Increased fuel costs and reduced federal funding are limiting the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s fisheries research in the Bering Sea and may—in the long run—impact harvest limits. Tuesday and I'm really bummed because I thought it was Wednesday for some reason. I really went through the day thinking, "Hump day. Weekend's almost here." I haven't been blogging nearly enough lately about unusual sex crime reports. To correct that oversight, I offer this story out of the nation's capital: A Metro station manager and a Metro custodian were arrested on prostitution charges after an undercover transit police investigation found they arranged sexual trysts for money from inside the Dupont Circle Metro station. News flash: Pharrell Williams has decided to get his tattoos removed. But rather than laser them away, he’s growing skin to cover them. See, he gave some doctors a skin sample and they’re replicating it in a dish to sew back onto his body. Sure beats having it grafted from your ass! . . .
